Boneless Pork Loin Roast

This Berkshire Pork Loin Roast boasts beautiful marbling and a superb, moist texture! This premium cut comes from the same portion of the animal as our Bone-In Chops, located between the shoulder and leg of the pig. The fat cap on top acts as a built-in baster, keeping the meat juicy and flavorful during cooking. This cut is best when brined or slow-cooked, making it ideal for roasting, braising, or low-and-slow preparations that bring out its tenderness and rich flavor.

We raise small groups of pigs rotated through wooded pastures. The pigs are fed 100% Certified Organic grain, scraps from our garden, and apples from our neighbor. Pastured Pork is heavily marbled, full of flavor, and has a deeper color as compared to standard pork found in the grocery store.
